Welcome to the Wava Wash website (the “Site”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing this site or booking a service with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Wava Wash provides residential and commercial pressure washing services in Florida. Services include but are not limited to house washing, driveway cleaning, patio and deck cleaning, roof soft washing, and fence cleaning.

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion, including for safety reasons, hazardous conditions, or inaccessible areas.

All service quotes are free and valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary depending on actual scope, condition of the surfaces, and access to the property.

Additional charges may apply for:

• Heavily soiled or stained surfaces
   
• Extended service areas not included in the original quote
   
• Water supply limitations requiring alternate arrangements
   

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of up to $50.

To ensure safety and effectiveness:

• Please remove personal items, decorations, or obstructions from service areas.
   
• Ensure pets and children are kept indoors during the service.
   
• Make sure water spigots are accessible and functional.
   

Wava Wash is not responsible for damage caused by improperly maintained surfaces, loose siding, or pre-existing conditions.

While we take every precaution to protect your property, Wava Wash is not liable for:

• Pre-existing surface damage or deterioration
   
• Water intrusion due to poor caulking/sealing
   
• Damage from pressure cleaning on surfaces not suitable for it (we will always recommend soft washing when appropriate)
   

Customers are encouraged to inform us of any sensitive areas or concerns before service begins.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, or electronic payments (Venmo, Zelle, card, etc.).

Late payments may be subject to a 10% late fee after 10 days.

Wava Wash may take before and after photos for documentation and promotional purposes. No identifying information (addresses, names, etc.) will be shared without explicit permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from service or website use will be resolved in accordance with Florida law.
